AYSO FLEX is the umbrella initiative for optional player opportunities that allow us to choose player programs that best serve our regional needs.
Programs under the FLEX umbrella include opportunities for different competitive levels, ages and abilities. FLEX programs currently include EXTRA (Progressive Play), for players that want a more challenging soccer environment; Indoor soccer, for a winter season; and the Special U-16/U-19 Program for teenagers.
Additional optional programs in the exploratory stages include a high level player development opportunity for our most motivated players and a "parent and me" type program for our youngest ones.
