10 - CHANGES IN GUIDELINES

Apply	Data Manager - Open Positions
	The Data Coordinator shall be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining a database to record the players and volunteers, and associated assignment and qualification information, to provide for the orderly management of the Region. The Data Coordinator shall provide timely reports to Regional Board members upon request, as well as data documents required by NSTC.

ARTICLE TEN

CHANGES IN GUIDELINES

1. Approval of Guidelines

These Guidelines shall become effective after being approved by the Regional Commissioner and the existing Regional Executive Board, the Area Director and the Section Director, and then submitted to the NSTC.

2. Change in Guidelines

Once adopted, these Guidelines may only be amended by the Regional Executive Board by a 2/3 vote of the Executive Board members, with the approval of the Regional Commissioner, the Area Director and the Section Director, and then submitted to the NSTC.
