The Referee Data Sheet has undergone many alterations over the years, and this year is not different. The framework is the same, but this time I am attempting a secure method of gathering data. This website does not have an easy ability to do a secure transaction, so this task is being moved out to another host. The host called ipage is not the best in the world, but they are cheap and have a better method of using an https protocol. Below is the link to the website that has the referee data sheet program.
