Volunteering w/ Player

Since background checks have a cost that the region pays, we are having volunteers indicate interest for helping. After we look at what is needed we will inform you of your role and the division to register in.

• If you are registering a participant/player, you can indicate your volunteer interest on the player registration. This is the ideal method as it directly connects everything. See the guide (here) & start (here).
  
  
• If you cannot indicate the interest on the player registration (you did not do the registering), please fill out this form (here) to indicate what you are interested in volunteering for and the players name.

Frequently Asked Questions

Games?

Core games are played on Saturdays at Adams Elementary School between 8:30am and 3:00pm. Older age group teams may periodically travel to other locations in the mid-valley for away games. EXTRA teams often travel and could play on Saturday after 3pm &/or on Sundays in the afternoon.

Practices?

Practice locations and times are determined by the team coach, we try to group players and coaches in zones. 5U & 6U practice on the same day as the games, see the division page for the likely number of practices and duration (for 11U+ 7-8 weeks in the fall season, often 14-16 practices at 1+ hour each).

When is Registration?

We run a member year, the member year is exactly the same as a school year (Aug-Jul).

• Application in May, June, July, & August indicates interest in helping for both Fall and Spring.
• We will inform you in August what you need to do to register and we will provide some basic details to get you started with your new role.
• Application in February & March indicates interest in helping for Spring.
• We are only looking to fill team NEED. We will inform you in March what you need to do to register and we will provide some basic details to get you started with your new role.
